1996: Earned an associate’s degree at The Art Institute of Colorado
1998 to 2003: Landmark Education (now Landmark World), and completed the curriculum for living. Also extensively attended, volunteered, and coached.
1999 to 2001: Attended and worked at the New Thought Metaphysical Center in Fort Lauderdale and immersed herself in life-changing courses. Attended and hosted the Sunday service at Unity of Key West
2004 to 2022: Compliance consultant and trainer with Stericycle Inc. Accountabilities included covering a client territory throughout Georgia and Florida, while providing services for an extensive group of clients
2004: Ordained by The Alliance of Divine Love
2009: Ordained by The Lively Stones Fellowship and Dr. Willard Fuller
2012 to Present: A continuous participant in Native American spiritual ceremonies
2012 Coach and published co-author with Collin Tipping in the book Why You Need To Forgive Your Parents
2020 to 2023, studied Macrobiotics with Edward Esko and his organization, and earned certification of a three-year study plan
2023: Earned a metaphysical practitioner status with Emerson Institute
2023 to 2026 Risk Management Consultant with KPA Inc., Central Pennsylvania

At Holistic Living, we promote a complete approach to wellness that is inclusive of all aspects of human life. These aspects include physical, community/cultural, emotional, intellectual, occupational, and spiritual health. Our guiding principles are born from the macrobiotic philosophy that originated and evolved from Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Essentially our work focuses on empowering you to take an active role in your well-being. This includes learning to make nourishing choices, understanding how food impacts your body, and building sustainable habits in partnership with your healthcare provider. Whether it’s incorporating a balanced whole, unrefined foods, improving sleep, spending time in calming natural environments, or deepening your awareness of how nutrition affects your health, we support you in creating lasting, meaningful changes as you practice the Art of Holistic Living.
